Global Supply

Global Supply is the Supply Chain Division at Oriflame. Global Supply is responsible for the sourcing, manufacturing and delivery of products to the sales consultants and customers around the world. Our target is to make Product Fulfillment our competitive advantage, offering World Class Service to our consultants in a sustainable business model.

Key activities include:

• Purchasing of raw materials, components & finished products. The function is responsible for maintaining the supplier base, negotiate the agreements with our suppliers and controlling the direct and in-direct company spend, thus making sure a good cost base is achieved for all products.


• Manufacturing in six internal factories as the principal Supplier to Oriflame. Production includes emulsions (alcohol), liquids (alcohol), foundations, mascaras, lipsticks, toiletries and fragrances.


• Supply and distribution planning with our suppliers and sales companies. Supply planning plans more than 600M units annually from approximately 60 suppliers worldwide. Distribution planning ensures the efficient on-time delivery to more than 60 markets in five regions. 


• Logistics control the smooth physical delivery of products. They have the responsibility for goods distribution from supplier to hubs and from hubs to markets.


• Quality Management controls and coordinates key procedures and activities within the Oriflame Quality System, with the objective of ensuring that our products and processes meet our high quality standards.  QM is also responsible for auditing and approving the Oriflame supplier base.


• Process & Project ensures continuous improvements in our systems and processes. The function focuses on driving continuous Business and Internal process improvements across Global Supply as well as to assure a sustainable IS landscape.
